Tomorrow, yesterday and tomorrow
Maurizio Segato
6.9 – 16.11.2025
In a recursive play between memory and fiction, the artist will reinterpret one of the past uses of the space in Campiello San Zulian as a souvenir shop. The exhibition will feature sculptures that simulate objects and traditions that have disappeared or are on the verge of disappearing in Venice. The shop window will thus be transformed into an active archive where the act of remembering, understood as a process of continuous rewriting, will be able to raise new questions about the private and public life of those who live in and frequent the city, as well as about the city itself.
